We run integration and employment programmes supported by placements in hospitality and service.

Mission

Alpine Ascent supports the labour-market integration of socially disadvantaged groups, in particular refugees, into the Swiss workforce.

We deliver integration and employment programmes that combine qualification, on-the-job practice and personal mentoring.

  • Coaching for the transition into regular employment

Partners

We cooperate with public authorities, social partners and employers in the Lucerne region.
