Alpine Ascent GmbH is a limited liability company under Swiss law (art. 772 et seq. CO), based in Lucerne.
Under one roof we operate five business areas: film, work integration, media, real estate and technology.
Purpose
The statutory purpose of the company comprises:
- Film production, in particular auteur cinema
- Promotion of the labour-market integration of socially disadvantaged groups, in particular refugees, into the Swiss workforce; integration and employment programmes as well as supporting services in hospitality and service
- Online media and social networks as well as the design, planning and delivery of events
- Real-estate trading, in particular sales
- Development, operation, licensing and distribution of software and digital solutions as well as IT services, in particular in the field of artificial intelligence
